What kind of yoga will we practice?Our yoga sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Expect a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, blending movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat welcomes all levels.

Are flights included?Flights to Cusco are not included. Once you arrive, transportation to and from the retreat center is covered.

What is Samadhi Sacred Valley?Samadhi Sacred Valley is a peaceful haven in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley, surrounded by the majestic Andes mountains. This wellness retreat center is designed for grounding, self-discovery, and connection. It offers stunning views, immersive yoga spaces, and serene surroundings that inspire transformation.

Do I need yoga experience?Not at all! This retreat is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

What payment options are available?We accept payments via debit or credit cards. We will send you an invoice. Payment plans are also available to make your experience accessible. Email us or submit the form for more info.

What happens if I need to cancel?The $300 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat receive a full refund minus the deposit. No refunds are available within 90 days of the retreat.

Can I bring my own yoga equipment?Of course! While we provide mats and props, feel free to bring your personal items if you prefer.

Are the bathrooms private?Yes, all accommodations include private bathrooms with chromotherapy showers, perfect for a rejuvenating experience.

What kind of accommodations can I expect?Choose from a range of thoughtfully curated accommodations designed to inspire relaxation: Triple Shared Bungalows with en-suite bathrooms and cozy beds for three Double Suites for two friends or couples, complete with private terraces and living rooms Single Suites for solo travelers seeking a private sanctuary Each space is beautifully designed with local touches like aromatic oils, native flowers, and daily housekeeping.

Will there be time to relax?Yes! We’ve designed the schedule to balance guided activities with plenty of free time to rest, reflect, or explore at your own pace.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?Absolutely. With advanced notice, we can tailor meals to accommodate most dietary restrictions, including allergies and special preferences.

Is alcohol allowed at the retreat?To maintain a peaceful and restorative environment, alcohol is not permitted in private rooms or during yoga sessions.

What meals are included?You’ll enjoy three freshly prepared meals each day, featuring vibrant vegetarian or vegan options. Water, coffee, herbal teas, and fruit are available all day.

What documents do I need to travel to Peru?A valid passport is required. Please check the visa requirements for your country of residence. We recommend securing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

How do I get to Samadhi Sacred Valley?The closest airport is Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ) in Cusco. Transportation from the airport to the retreat center can be arranged for an additional fee.

What health requirements should I consider?Participants should be in good physical and mental health and disclose any medical conditions or dietary needs before attending. Please consult with your doctor if you have concerns about altitude or pre-existing conditions.

What if I need medical assistance during the retreat?Samadhi Sacred Valley has emergency protocols in place and will arrange medical assistance if needed. Make sure your travel insurance covers medical emergencies.

How many participants will there be?The retreat is capped at 17 participants to ensure a personalized and intimate experience.

Can I arrive early or stay later?Yes! We’re happy to help you extend your stay before or after the retreat. Additional costs apply.

What’s the weather like in January?January in the Sacred Valley offers mild days (46°F to 72°F) with cooler mornings and evenings. Pack layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.
